Mold Inspections

Includes tape and/or swab samples of visible mold, air sampling to establish the mold spore count in your home as it relates to the outdoor counts an independent AIHA laboratory report of the test findings, and an analysis of the report with recommendation for further actions if needed.

Certified Clearance Testing

Testing after remediation to certify in writing that the indoor mold spore count is equal to or less than the counts outside your home at the time of clearance testing. Clearance testing ensures your property record shows that problems were professionally remediation and no air quality problems were left untreated.

Consulting

We perform onsite observations and recommendations prior to initial testing. It does not include any laboratory reports or written analysis. Consulting should be used for small problems where there is a small about of visible mold or minor water damage has occurred.

Mold Remediation

Our World Services, LLC does not perform mold remediation but maintains relationships only with certified remediators and will be happy to provide you with a list. We will not recommend one remediator over another.

Air Quality

Our World Services, LLC recommends that you work with your HVAC contractor to select the best possible Indoor Air Quality solutions for your home. We will be happy to provide you with a list of qualified HVAC contractors if you do not currently have one. We will not recommend one contractor over another.
